The HSE has today published its latest eBulletin for all those running, governing or working in the education sector. Unsurprisingly, its focus is the re-opening of schools in the spring term.
The eBulletin includes findings from HSE's spot checks and inspections of schools. In addition to identifying some innovative ways of promoting good practice in connection with COVID precautions, it also notes that some schools had issues with their risk assessments, specifically when they were not adapted from generic models or where an absence of effective safety management procedures meant that risk assessments were not monitored and reviewed.
